The Nursery Show is being held in Bournemouth on April 27th and 28th (http://nurseryshow.co.uk/) and will provide an opportunity for Early Years practitioners to meet over 40 suppliers specialising in the sector and attend a comprehensive EYFS Professionals Seminar Programme. This is the only event of its kind being held in the South this year and should not be missed. A number of members have expressed an interest in attending events when business issues can be discussed with 'Boardroom' colleagues on a regular basis. We have therefore decided to set up Boards in London [The City], Guildford and Haslemere. Only one member of each profession can join each Board, and the intention is that individuals attend most Board meetings. The Board meetings will be held over lunch, most probably in a private room of a restaurant. The cost of being a Board member will be a combination of a monthly subscription of £12.50 [plus VAT] and the cost of lunch - the bill will be equally split amongst Board members.
